Sensus Advisors Arranges £35M Revolving Credit Facility for Apex Housing Association
London UK – 10 September 2025 – Sensus Advisors is delighted to announce its successful advisory role in securing a £35 million Revolving Credit Facility (RCF) from Danske Bank on behalf of Apex Housing Association (“Apex”). This significant financing support enhances Apex’s ability to drive its ambitious development programme to provide modern, energy-efficient homes across Northern Ireland.
Apex, the third‑largest regulated housing association in Northern Ireland, manages over 7,000 homes. Regulated by the Department for Communities, it delivers a diverse range of tenures— from general needs accommodation to specialist housing and support services for vulnerable communities.
The newly secured liquidity underpins Apex’s continued commitment to sustainable development. Starting in 2024, all new homes developed by Apex will target a minimum EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) rating of ‘A’, while striving to achieve over 90% of existing stock upgraded to at least EPC ‘C’.

CVC DIF’s student housing platform, Ottoway Portfolio Holdings (“Ottoway”), has acquired Beaverbank Place in Edinburgh and Firhill Court in Glasgow, adding approximately 750 student beds to its expanding UK portfolio. This acquisition brings Ottoway’s total capacity to over 5,000 beds across the country, reinforcing its position as a leading player in the UK student accommodation market.
